How We Started
Michael and Isaac have been friends for a long time. Long enough that when they talk about building something together, there's no pitch involved. Just two people who know each other well enough to be straight.
Isaac is a few years older and has always been that kind of friend. Already been through something you're dealing with and just matter of fact about helping you through it. He handles the creative side of Str8shift and is building his real estate career at the same time.
Michael is in the Army, in college full time, and building this on top of it. He fixes cars, makes music, games, codes. If something is in front of him he figures it out. He just likes trying everything.
They started Str8shift because they kept noticing the same gap. Good businesses, legitimate ones, not getting online or not getting seen because the options were too expensive, too generic, or too complicated. Their first client was a friend of Isaac's who just needed a website and couldn't afford what agencies were quoting. They built it. That was that.

Michael fixes cars, makes music, codes, and has his hands in everything. Isaac does branding, design, advertising, and real estate. Neither of them builds just one thing at a time. Together, they build things that move.
